- In your configured IMAP account or in Webmail, simply drag the message from the Inbox to the Spam folder or vice-versa
- Retrain using the Quarantine feature of the User Control Panel:
- Go to https://cp.emailarray.com
- Log in using your full e-mail address ( [email protected] ) and current password.
- Click on Quarantine in the left menu
- Search for the Spam message by selecting the appropriate dates and message type
- Select whether you wish just to deliver the message or deliver and whitelist the sender or deliver and whitelist the sender's entire domain
- Click on Submit at the bottom of the page
- Forward the offending message to the specific retraining address as defined by your Administrator. Usually they are of the form: [email protected] & [email protected]
