Manage Domains

Add a Domain

• Go to https://cp.emailarray.com/admin
• Log in using your admin username and password.
• Click on Domain in the left menu under Provision
• Enter the domain name you wish to add and click on Provision
• Make sure to modify your DNS settings and add the MX records for the domain. They should be:
  • Primary with a preference of 5: mx0.emailarray.com
  • Secondary with a preference of 10: mx1.emailarray.com

...

You will then access your Enhanced Webmail by going to: http://office.<yourdomain.com>

Remove a Domain

• Go to https://cp.emailarray.com/admin
• Log in using your admin username and password.
• Click on Domains in the left menu under Manage
• Select the Domain you wish to remove from the drop-down list and click on Remove Domain

  Warning
  Removing a domain will PERMANENTLY erase all domain data from our servers, including all the messages of all the users, the aliases, lists and all preferences.
