Add an e-mail address to the whitelist

- Log in using admin username and password.
- Pass your mouse over the Filtering option in the top bar and choose Whitelist
- Click on the New Whitelist button
- Choose domain in which you wish to create a whitelist entry in the drop-down list
- In the Address field, type the e-mail address which you want to whitelist
- Select whether you still wish to check for viruses ( Recommended! )
- Select whether you still wish to check for spam (default is "No")
- Click on Add Whitelist

- Go to [https://cp.emailarray.com/admin]
- Log in using admin username and password.
- Pass your mouse over the Filtering option in the top bar and choose Blacklist
- Click on the New Blacklist button
- Choose domain in which you wish to create a blacklist entry in the drop-down list
- In the Address field, type the e-mail address which you want to whitelist
- Select whether you wish to check for viruses ( Recommended! )
- Select whether you wish to check for spam ( Recommended! )
- Click on Add Blacklist
Remove an e-mail address from the whitelist or blacklist

- Log in using admin username and password.
- Click on Filtering in the top menu bar
- Select the Domain which has the entry you want to remove, in the drop-down list
- Click on the "-" icon (minus sign) next to the entry you wish to remove
- An alert pop up will appear, showing the alias that will be deleted. Click on OK to confirm.
View the automatic whitelist and/or remove items from it

- Pass your mouse over the Filtering option in the top bar and choose Auto-Whitelist
- Select the Domain for which you wish to modify the settings
- Click on the "-" icon (minus sign) next to the entry you wish to remove
